Originally from Sri Lanka. Came to this country with the help of the late Dr. Robert Green, the late Carl Napps, President of Winchester Medical Center, and the late Congressman, J. Kenneth Robinson.

Family: My wife Susan, two daughters, and three grandchildren
Education: BSN from Shenandoah University and MHA from Marymount University.
Profession: Worked for Winchester Medical Center for 40 years. I was the Administrative Director for In-patient and Outpatient departments.
Currently, I have a small company dealing with rental housing.
Community participation: Former member of American Cancer Society, the American Red Cross, and Shenandoah Alumni Association. I have also volunteered with the Adult Care Center for the last 15 years.
Religion: I am a member of Christ Episcopal Church with varied leadership roles.
As a Christian and as a Grateful American, I am passionate about helping others.
